"What is your Service Call Fee/"

Our service call fee starts at $79 in Tyler. If you are outside of Tyler give us a call for a price or fill out our contact form.

"Can you give me quote for the repair over the phone?"

Because there are so many components you will need a technician to come out and diagnose the issue.

"Do you sell parts?"

We keep commonly needed parts for our tech's to be able to repair common issues while they are at your home. We are not a parts distributor.

"Can I just bring my appliance to you?"

We do not have a shop for your appliance to be left with us. No need to go through the hassle of loading your appliance and taking it off anywhere. We come to you!

"What appliances do you repair?"

We repair residential Refrigerators, Dryers, Ovens, Disposals, Dishwashers, Washers, Microwaves, Freezers, Electric/Gas Ranges, Ice Makers, Cooktops, and Range Hoods.

We do not repair vacuums, hot water heaters, commercial equipment, mixers, air fryers, toasters, coffee machines, grills or industrial kitchen equipment.

"Will You Waive the fee If I choose to have you do a repair?"

Most companies charge from $89 to $149 for their diagnostic fee service. You will find that our service call rates as well as our labor rates are less than our competitor's. We also believe in being an honest and upright in all our business dealings and telling you that our services are free would be dishonest. We don’t feel it is fair to hide fees within the repair or service charges.

"How long do you warranty your work?"

We warranty our labor for 60 days. If anything goes wrong with appliance we worked on after we leave your home (must be the portion of the appliance we worked on), we will come back and make it right at no additional charge to you. The parts are warrantied for 60 days or as allowed by the manufacturer.
